Heres just a few questions that we get asked regularly.

How long does delivery take?
We ship all items through Royal Mail directly from our warehouse in Cornwall.
Most items are sent via Royal Mail 48 TRACKED, heavier items may be handed over to Parcelforce during the shipping process and ususlly arrive in 2 working days.
We have a TRACKED 24 next working day option on most items, prices vary depending on weight.
- When will my order be dispatched?
We pack orders every weekday, any orders placed before 4pm (mon - Fri) will be sent out the same day, any orders AFTER 4pm will be shipped the next working day. So if your order is after 4pm on Friday it will be sent on Monday.

What are your delivery charges?
All items listed on our website include free 48h shipping (not including weekends or bank holidays).
We do have a 24h option at checkout for most items, some heavier items do not have 24h option due to the size.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we do not offer international shipping from our website, most items on our eBay shop can be shipped internationally as they handle customs charges, but with this comes a cost. Small items are reasonably cheap to ship internationally and heavier items may not be available due to weight.

Can I track my order?
Yes! All of our items have full tracking that will be emailed to you when we dispatch.

What is your returns and refunds policy?
We accept returns but we do not cover the cost so please check with us if you are ordering the correct item before purchase to reduce returns and ultimately keep costs down for everyone.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most Visa Credit and debit cards, as well as most Mastercard options. We also accept PayPal and Klarna if you need to break down the payments over time.

Is my payment information secure?
Sure is, we do not keep any payment information here at all, only shipping addresses and your email for invoicing and tracking info.
We do not spam you with ads, I hate it and I reckon you would too so we dont do it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it
Yes we can cancel orders up until the point of dispatch, as soon as its gone out of the door we cannot stop it or halt the delivery.
Please CALL us straight away if you need ot cancel or change an address.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Let me know ASAP, we can work out most issues straight away.

Do your products come with a warranty
Warranty is always a tricky one for dirt bike parts, technically there isnt but we will of course rectify any issues coming from a faulty item.
